• Returns Any claim for error in quantity or condition of merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
• No returns accepted without prior authorization and an RMA# from All Pure Water.
• Returns other than warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.
• Returned products must be delivered to All Pure Water in original condition and original packaging.
• Returned merchandise is subject to inspection for damage before refunds will be issued.
• Returns, either for refund or exchange, are not allowed on custom ordered products or special orders.
